Water testing kit designed to monitor water quality for E.Coli, Cholera, Salmonella and other faecal waterborne pathogens. The kit has a built in rechargeable battery and can operate up to a full week between charges, performing up to 5 incubation cycles. This makes the kit popular for remote site surveying in difficult conditions, where access to electricity and laboratory testing facilities may be limited. The kit performs 6 basic tests and is intended primarily for field use, but can be equally useful in laboratory conditions.

A full set of consumables for 200 tests are provided with the kit and a wide range of upgrades and accessories are always available to further increase the scope of your testing.

Description

The basic single incubator performs the following tests:

  • Turbidity Test – measures the amount of suspended matter in the water.
  • Chlorine & pH Tests – Enabling fast assessment of chlorine levels, which helps to  increase efficiency of dosing control to ensure there is sufficient chlorine present to maintain the safety of the water supply.
  • Thermotolerant (faecal) Coliform Count – Providing a reliable indication of sanitary risk within 14 to 18 hours of sampling.
